Preparation before operation:

Familiar with the structure and function of the trimming machine, understand the roles and operation methods of each component.

Check if the power and grounding of the trimming machine are normal, and confirm that the machine has no faults or leakage.

Open the protective cover of the trimming machine and check if the cutting tools are installed correctly and securely fastened.

Wear appropriate work clothes and protective equipment, such as goggles, earmuffs, masks, etc.

Operation steps:

Place the workpiece on the edge trimming machine, ensuring that the contact area between the workpiece and the tool is clean and firmly fixed.

Adjust the height of the base according to the processing depth, and adjust the distance to the mountain according to the required processing size.

Turn on the power switch of the trimming machine and adjust the appropriate speed and feed rate.

Adjust the worktable and tool position of the trimming machine according to the size and shape of the workpiece.

Grasp the edge trimming machine firmly (pay attention to the blade to avoid injury), and then start the trimming machine for trimming processing. Beginners should not be scared by the vibration and sound of the machine when it is just started, and must hold the machine firmly.

During the operation, pay attention to observing the machining condition of the workpiece and adjust the working status of the machine in a timely manner.

Precautions for operation:

The operator must be familiar with the structure and operating procedures of the trimming machine and must not operate it without authorization.

During the operation, do not touch the rotating parts and cutting tools of the machine at will.

When processing flammable and explosive materials, special care should be taken to prevent accidents caused by sparks.

If used for slotting, it is strongly recommended that the slotting depth be within 3mm. If the slotting depth is greater than 4mm, it can be divided into multiple layered slotting.

Operation completed:

After processing is completed, turn off the power switch of the trimming machine and wait for the tool to stop before stopping the machine. Then close the protective cover.

Clean and organize the workbench and surrounding environment to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Inspect and maintain the trimming machine to ensure its normal use and service life.
